Coral Sea Cherry Sours

50ml Coral Sea Gin
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 x Cherries (*a dash of cherry syrup if you have is amazing)
Egg White, or a suitable foaming agent (Whey or 'foaming bitters')

All Added to a shaker filled generously with ice.

Shake well and strain into a martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with lemon peel and a cherry.

Pacific Island Breeze

30ml Capricorn Rosella Vodka

200ml Pineapple Juice

50ml Cranberry Juice

All poured over a ice in a tall glass

Garnish with pineapple triangle and mint.

Coral Sea French 75

30ml Coral Sea Gin / Great Barrier Dry Gin

10ml sugar syrup

10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

All added to a shaker filled generously with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini or coupe glass. Top up with Prosecco, add cherry for garnish

Pacific Ocean Vodka Cranberry Collins

30ml Pacific Ocean Vodka

20ml Cranberry Juice

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

All added to a shaker filled generously with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass. Top up with sparkling mineral water or soda, add lemon or lime slice for garnish.
