Hibiscus Gin Spritz

Bright, refreshing and effortlessly striking, this Coral Sea Gin spritz brings together delicate hibiscus, a hint of citrus and a soft vanilla note, finished with prosecco for a lively lift. Built straight in the glass, it’s an easy, elegant cocktail that lets the character of Coral Sea Gin shine.

Ingredients:

Coral Sea Gin 60ml

Hibiscus Syrup 30ml (allow additional for people who want to add extra)

7.5ml - 15ml Lime juice

Hibiscus Vanilla Syrup

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

½ cup dried hibiscus petals

1 tsp vanilla

Method:

Simmer water with hibiscus 5–10 mins

Strain

Add sugar and stir to dissolve

Add vanilla

Cool and bottle

Serving Suggestions: All built straight into a large wine glass with ice, pour everything in and garnish with some citrus or dried citrus.
