Rosella Lychee Martini

Soft, fragrant and effortlessly striking, this Rosella Lychee Martini layers delicate floral notes with bright citrus and a hint of raspberry sweetness. It’s a beautifully balanced cocktail that feels both refreshing and refined, perfect for slow afternoons or something a little more elevated.

Ingredients:
Rosella Vodka 45ml
Lychee Liqueur 15ml
(Alternatively, use 60ml Rosella Vodka and substitute with sweetened lychee juice)
Lemon Juice 22.5ml
Raspberry Syrup 7.5–15ml

Raspberry Syrup:
Simple syrup infused with fresh raspberries in the pot

Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake well until chilled
Strain into a chilled martini glass

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with a lychee, fresh raspberry or a twist of citrus for a clean, polished finish.

Raspberry Syrup

1 cup raspberries

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

Heat raspberries and water 5–10 mins

Mash lightly

Strain

Add sugar and stir to dissolve

Cool and bottle
