Inspired by the short but spectacular Central Queensland lychee season, the Lychee Vodka and Lychee Liqueur were created to capture the flavour of fresh lychees beyond harvest. Grown by Lush Lychees near Rockhampton and crafted with Reef Distillers, these spirits showcase the tropical flavour and floral notes of Australian lychees.
Lush Lychees is a family-owned orchard growing premium lychees for domestic and export markets, while creating unique lychee products and on-farm experiences. Passionate about innovation and reducing waste, Lush Lychees began transforming fresh lychees into products that could be enjoyed beyond their short six-week harvest.
Crafted using an all-natural lychee infusion process, the Lychee Vodka delivers delicate floral sweetness with hints of rosewater, pear and exotic fruit, balanced by a crisp finish. Built from the house-crafted vodka base, the Lychee Liqueur layers vibrant lychee flavour with soft floral notes, ripe pear and citrus, finishing smooth and refreshing rather than overly sweet. Together, these products capture the flavour and spirit of the region from farm to still.
